Chapter 1
The Origin Story: Necessity is the Mother of “I Can’t Take This Anymore”
Let me paint you a picture of what our review process used to look like. It was essentially a digital scavenger hunt designed by a sadist. Feedback lived everywhere and nowhere all at once. Our daily reality consisted of:
- Endless "Reply All" email chains that inevitably morphed into existential debates
- Files named Project_Draft_Final_v4_USE_THIS_ONE_seriously.pdf
- Crucial client approvals buried in random Slack threads, lost forever alongside lunch orders and cat memes
My team was exhausted, our clients were confused, and we were spending more time chasing down elusive sign-offs than actually doing the work we were hired to do. It became incredibly clear: if we didn’t fix our workflow, our workflow was going to break us.
Chapter 2
The “Aha!” Moment
Out of pure self-preservation, we decided to build a lifeboat. We needed a system that cut through the noise, consolidated scattered comments, and made it blindingly obvious whose turn it was to look at a project.
Enter tueec.
We originally designed tueec strictly as an internal tool. It was our team’s secret weapon to organize the chaos, streamline reviews, assign clear accountability—forcing everyone to put their feedback in one logical place and clearly defining who had the final say.

Only if they’re added as users in tueec. You can send us a request and we’ll add them.
What else can I track on tueec?
Apart from SCORM deliverables, you can track the workflow for videos, mockups, documents, etc.—anything since on a server somewhere that you can link to.
What do I need to pay to use the system?
Nothing for projects we’re collaborating on. We’ll add you as a guest in tueec and add you on project boards that we’re working on for you. Now, if you want to have your own portal to add your clients (internal or external ones), we can talk about you having your own portal.

Oh, before you go, say hello to Val! You’ll see our favorite astronaut all across tueec. We named her after Valentina Tereshkova, the first and youngest woman to explore space, and the only woman to have gone on a solo space mission. Her legacy of grit, unexpected turns, and unbroken records is the perfect inspiration for our journey.
